What is a silent soft opening?
We are just getting settled and into a new routine in our mini cafe suite inside the IPEC and we are so excited to be Albuquerque's first top 9 allergen free {mini} cafe
But there's only a few of us and it's a small space! We'll be flexing between events, open retail cafe hours, and wholesale production, so bear with us while we figure out our flow!

If you don't mind the stumbly starts and trial and error, here's the most current schedule (as of 10/11/26) of when you can pop on in:
Wednesdays 9am-noon
Thursdays 10am-1pm
​We recommend contacting us before coming in these first couple of weeks in case something changes.

We are located inside the Indian Pueblo Entrepreneur Complex, just north of the Indian Pueblo Kitchen restaurant across the street from the La Montanita Coop. Use the Turquoise Parking Lot.
